LokProgrammer software is being reviewed continuously. The latest, pertinent version can always be downloaded from our homepage, or can be installed automatically, through an internet-update function, on your computer.
The decoder tester works with any DCC system and is designed for testing any decoder before they are installed into a loco. The tester is simply connected to the programming output of your digital system or the LokProgrammer. This tester will test ALL Sound decoders and comes with a motor and speaker to simulate your locomotiv or DMU.
Configuration
To make this as simple as possible for you, the decoder tester comes with useful features to connect the decoder. There is a 6-pin NEM 651 interface, an 8-pin NEM 652 interface, a 21-pin mtc-interface and screw terminals available. A high quality, 5 pole skewed armature can motor with flywheel serves to check the motor output. LEDs informs you about the function of head and rear light outputs, as well as function outputs AUX 1 (green), and AUX 2 (violet). A 20 mm loud speaker is included for testing LokSound-Decoders. Crocodile clips or screw terminals assure safe connection between your decoder tester and DCC system or LokProgrammer.
