Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulation 2013, as well as the EU Consumer Rights Directive and our terms and conditions will not affect your statutory rights.

Any refunds will be issued to via Paypal where possible, not on the card that was originally used to purchase the goods, we cannot refund any amount onto other cards, your refund is usually when the item arrives back with us. Once refunded Paypal is immediate but with the card, the card issuer may take between 7 - 10 days to process the money back into your account. Non-UK customers may be charged a conversion fee from their Bank or Credit Card Company for any refunds processed into their account, we at DCKits-D E Video’s cannot accept any liability for any of these charges.

Customers returning items for exchange should be aware it is their responsibility to pay for all postage of an item. We can be very flexible in how and what you would like to exchange for, but this should be agreed before sending an item back to us.
