About Us
DCKits are a small company (Cottage Industry) run be Charlie Petty, so I am normally very busy, as after 35 years in this field
we have a proven track record of products & service, as we are a one man band we of course have busy periods and 'Holidays'.
We always aim to supply you, our customers as soon as is possible, but when busy our deliveries are not as quick as I would like,
but there are only 24 Hours in a DC Kits working day, we wish sometimes there were more!!!!

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our Online Catalogue, then click on any items that you would like to purchase and put them into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for all your details, so that we will be able to supply the order direct to your desired address.
We have a comments section IF you require and specific amendments to your order, we strongly suggest you ask us before ordering as amendments may be chargeable.
Cancellation of orders that have been specially ordered or packed ready for shipment, normally have a restocking fee applied.
When looking at the website you may me unsure which product you should select, please E.Mail us with any questions you have regarding selecting the correct item, we normally reply quickly unless we are away at a show. There is only 'ONE OF ME' so I can be busy doing other things. I will get back to you.
Shipping And Handling
Charges for shipping are listed as you order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK then just place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own local currency.
We accept all major credit cards, but not American Express.
We do not charge for most items until they are ready to pack & ship.
Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped, unless it is a special order item.
You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over our secure Internet ordering page.

Shipping And Handling

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order within 28 working days, normally this is withing 10 days but as we visit ove 30 model shows we are sometimes away from Thursday-Tuesday
. We will normally send your order via Royal Mail thus delivery can be an additional 2/3 working days. International orders are generally sent using Royal Mail 'International Air Mail'
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Please bear in mind that we produce and stock well over 1000 product lines. thus it is impossible to stock 100% of our listed range.
All DC Kits plastic & Resin kits are produced in batches , normally every six months.
Credit Card Security
All credit cards are Securely processed Online by SagePay (New name for Protox) and the Card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. All Phone & Postal orders are processed by Streamline on a secure digital terminal. Please be aware we always need if ordered via Phone or Post your full name, address, postcode, full Credit Card number (The long number on the card) the commencement & expiry dates, the SVC number (The last 3 digits off of the signature strip) and a contact phone number and e.mail address if available.

Back Orders

Products not manufactured by DC Kits & D & E Videos are subject to the deliveries shedules imposed by the manufacturers and could be discontinued without notice, we will notify you if supplying the product you have ordered becomes difficult due to non availability or no current production programs.
