Designed to Enhance your driving experience of your Dapol 7mm Model locomotive, this project features many additional automatic & playable sound:

'DriveLock', Playable Brake Application, AutoFade Cab Light, Randomised Spirax Valves, 5 Different Brake judder sounds, Speed dependant flange squeel, Randomised Coupling & Buffer Clash, Auto Reverser Sounds, Auto Brake Release Sounds & Playable Sanders & Compressor.

To alter the overall sounds use CV63 ( 0 to 192 )

To alter individual sounds listed below, you must set the following Indexing CVs (CV31 to 16 and CV32 to 1)

Note 1 : By using CV48, you can amend features on the door slams & loco whistle, see below:

Set CV48 to: 0 = Normal Whistle & Wooden Door.  Set CV48 to: 1 = Harsh Whistle & Metal Door.

Set CV40 to: 2 = Normal Whistle & Metal Door.  Set CV48 to 4: = Harsh Whistle & Wooden Door.

Note 2: F4. When moving slowly we have two random automatic  buffer clashes while shunting, when stationery we have two different coupling hook sounds.

Note 3: On F15 we have 'DRIVELOCK' this will lock at any point the vehicles speed and divorce it from the engine sounds.

With F15 ON, you will be able to 'drive' the sound using the throttle to Coast, Notch Up, Notch Down, without affecting the vehicles speed.

When F15 is released the vehicles speed will rise or fall back in line with the throttle settings.

F15 can be turned on and off repeatedly to (For Example) simulate a vehicle getting to grips with a heavy train.

With shunting locomotives F15 is used impressively to make the locomotive 'Work Hard' on moving heavy trains.

Note 4: With F5 switched on, you have when you throttle to 0, a playable brake application noise.

Note 5: With F1 switched on, you have the Handbrake Released & Engine On, With F1 switched off, you have Engine Off an Hand Brake put On.
