CV157 to 0 and CV29 to 30 for a single loco / light engine

CV157 to 2 and CV29 to 30 for loco in the middle of a consist
CV157 to 3 and CV29 to 30 for the rear loco in a pair or consist
CV157 to 1 and CV29 to 31 for the lead loco in a pair or consist

Please note that programming the loco with a long address will 'undo' any configuration done to set the loco up as a front, middle or rear (because both make changes to CV29 and work against one another). This is regardless of whether the address is set before or after the configuration. The same problem does not occur if the loco is given a short address, because CV29 is not affected by short address changes and hence the configuration is not affected.
