Pan height adjustment
If you need to adjust the pan you must set CV31 to 16 and CV32 to 0 first
CV354 (Pan 1) or CV362 (Pan 2) then sets the pan down speed (Speed A) (0=instant, 63=15.75 seconds, factory set to 63=15.75 seconds)
CV358 (Pan 1) or CV366 (Pan 2) then sets the pan up speed     (Speed B)  (0 = instant, 63 =15.75 seconds, factory set to 40 =10 seconds)
CV359 (Pan 1) or CV367 (Pan 2) then sets the pan down position (ESU position A) (0-63, factory set to 35)
CV360 (Pan 1) or CV368 (Pan 2) then sets the pan up position     (ESU position B) (0-63, factory set to 25)
